• Where is the address?

The address is Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf SZ, on upper Lake Zurich. It is a real street address, not a P.O. box. You publish it with your name and the line “c/o JL Consulting Group GmbH” with your customer number.

  Business address
• Do I need a mail forwarding order or redirection?

No. Unlike pure scanning services, you do not redirect your existing mail: you get your own business address in Altendorf to use in your imprint, on invoices or in the commercial register. Your private address stays private.

• Can I register the address as my company's seat in the commercial register?

Yes, with the Expert plan. The address is registered with c/o, and we issue you a domicile declaration. The competent commercial register office decides on the registration. Standard and Pro are not intended for this.

• How do scanning and originals work?

With your postal power of attorney we open and scan your letters, and you read them as PDFs in the portal or the app. We send originals on request and you only pay the actual postage. In the Standard plan a handling fee of CHF 1.90 applies per letter or parcel; Pro and Expert have none.

  Storage and forwarding
• May I use the address in my imprint?

Yes. Anyone offering goods or services online must clearly state their identity and contact address under Art. 3 para. 1 let. s of the Swiss Unfair Competition Act (UWG). All plans cover this use. Your name still belongs in the imprint; the address only replaces your home address.

• Can I use the address on invoices and contracts?

Yes, from the Pro plan. Pro also includes up to 5 projects and your own link page with an imprint. In the Standard plan the address is intended for your imprint, website and social media.

• How do I cancel?

You cancel yourself in your customer account. The subscription ends at the end of the chosen billing period. We then send any stored originals to your forwarding address.
