How much does it cost to scan letters?

Pro and Expert include scanning and handling. In the Standard plan a handling fee of CHF 1.90 plus VAT applies per letter or parcel. When we send you originals, you only pay the actual postage in every plan.

Where is the address?

The address is Zürcherstrasse 84, 8852 Altendorf in the canton of Schwyz, on upper Lake Zurich. You can use it for your imprint, your privacy policy and much more. It is a real street address, not a P.O. box.

Will I be notified when mail arrives?

You see new mail in the portal and the app, and we also let you know by email. On request we forward originals with or without tracking.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on weight, format and service (A-Post, B-Post or registered mail). We only charge Swiss Post's actual postage, for parcels too. You can find the current rates here: https://www.post.ch/en/sending-letters

Can I register the address as my company's seat in the commercial register?

The Standard and Pro plans are not intended as a registered office. You can still use the address as your contact address in your imprint. With the Expert plan you can register the address as the legal domicile of your GmbH, AG or other legal form in the commercial register (with c/o and a domicile declaration). The commercial register office decides on the registration.

What is the link page and how does it work?

From Pro you get your own link page at skip.social/your-name – a link-in-bio page with the legal notice included. Add links and text, choose a logo and colors, and see in the click analytics which links perform. Your legal notice with the Akteno address is placed on the page automatically. You can take the page online or offline at any time.

Where can I use the address?

The address can be used for your imprint, privacy policy, terms and conditions, letters, parcels and much more. You can use it on websites and social media. From Pro also on invoices and contracts, and with the Expert plan additionally as your registered office in the commercial register.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account. It ends at the end of the chosen billing period. Upgrades and downgrades are possible at any time too.

How long does it take to set up the address?

The address is set up right after you register. Most customers need about 10 minutes and can use the address immediately afterwards. Mail is accepted from the moment of purchase. The postal power of attorney and the data processing agreement are signed digitally.

Schnelle Antworten. Schnelle Einrichtung. Teilweise etwas unklar, was eingegeben werden muss, wenig Erklärungen zur Vorgehensweise auf der Webseite. Dennoch toller Service. Habe den Service erst vor 1 Woche gemietet, deshalb kann ich die Umsetzung noch nicht bewerten.
